Port Washington, NY
Before...
Walking into this bathroom, you cannot help but notice its old fashion style and color scheme. And that's exactly what our client was seeing everyday!
This bathroom had a lot of potential for elegance and class, but did not show it with its outdated amenities. More specifically, the square green colored tile ran the whole perimeter of the room and spilled onto the floor.
The white accent tile on the floor also did not properly contrast the green tiling and hurt the bathroom's continuity and style. In terms of amenities, the bathroom had a small white skinny sink that was overshadowed by the white tub. Th bathroom does have a great window to let in natural light; however, if it were dark, the bathroom would only be illuminated by a single antique polished nickel sconce.
This bathroom needed to be revamped to add both practicality as well as elegance.
After...
The bathroom is now three words: elegant, clean, and bright. In the main bath, the white and light grey tiling brighten the once green room to give an added sense of space and dimension. The old green flooring was replaced with simple, but chic, grey-scale small tiles that reflect attention to detail and exude elegance. The hint of black tiles adds pizzazz and flare to offset the white color. New toilet and sink maximize space and replace the outdated amenities in the old bathroom. The new round white mounted sink creates an open and airy concept. The sink is also rather large and provides ample space for all bathroom needs. A simple light fixture adds to the elegance of this bathroom to make it a truly divine space.
